Overview
Verisure is the leading provider of professionally monitored security services with 24/7 response in Europe and Latin America, with a revenue of €3.4 billion in 2024. In 2019, Verisure acquired Arlo Europe, a company known for its innovative connected camera technology, to complement its proposition.
Problem
After acquiring Arlo Europe in 2019, Verisure faced the challenge of integrating Arlo’s operations into its global infrastructure without disrupting either company’s existing business processes. At the time Verisure did not yet operate on Oracle Cloud ERP, so it needed to temporarily maintain operations within Arlo’s existing Oracle E-Business Suite.

The immediate requirement was to establish a working structure inside Arlo’s existing EBS environment, then move to Oracle Cloud ERP once Verisure was ready, without interrupting trading in either business.
Approach
Verisure selected Winfo Solutions to manage the integration and migration of Arlo’s Oracle EBS system. Winfo’s involvement began shortly after the acquisition, focused on integrating Arlo’s operations seamlessly into Verisure’s business framework.

Winfo conducted a comprehensive analysis of the existing Oracle EBS environment, gathered requirements from both Verisure and Arlo stakeholders, migrated legacy data to Oracle Cloud ERP with rigorous testing, and delivered end-user training. Deployment completed on schedule with continuous post go-live support.
Outcome
The transition was executed without disrupting Arlo’s day-to-day operations. Automated processes, including EDI integrations with 3PL partners, improved supply chain efficiency, and the Oracle Cloud ERP environment was effectively integrated into Verisure’s IT infrastructure.
