We are priviledged to work with clients all around the globe. One thing we all learned during the pandemic was how to leverage our teams in the most effective way possible.

Let’s face it – mobilising teams of consultants to be physically located onsite in a client facility can be logistically challenging and expensive. It also assumes that client teams are collocated and this is certainly not the case post pandemic. The knowledge in your team is often spread between diverse geographical locations and the reality is that many of your team probably work from home.

That been said, we also understand that sometimes there is no substitute for Face to Face communication.

So here at Winfo we’ve developed a unique approach for delivering the best value to our clients.

Simply put, we visit you onsite for Project scoping and analysis and to develop a high level solution architecture and conceptual design. Our team of experts then completes The Design, Build and Test elements in our HQ and finally we come back onsite for acceptance testing and deployment.
